3800 miles
I drove to Ridgeway, Colorado where Octavia lives. She had an extra ticket to the Saturday show at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival so we went. I drove. After 10 minutes of driving I got pulled over. I got a ticket. I was pissed. I continued driving . 30 minutes later I was pulled over again. I got a warning. We arrived in Telluride! The shows were great and a very pretty venue. Yonder Mountain String Band, Bela Fleck, and Sam Bush were notable performers. Octavia drove back from Telluride. When we got back to Ridgeway, two more friends, Synthia and Katrina were already there waiting on us. The four of us hung out.
The next morning we went in to town and got big breakfasts. Then we went back to Octavia's and shot her bow n' arrow and slingshot. The four of us then went to Telluride for the last day of the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Nobody got any tickets. Carolina Chocolate Drops, Brandi Carlile, and Mumford & Sons were my favorites, especially Mumford. We rode the gondola back to where we parked the cars with Brandi Carlile. Synthia was really nervous and I'm pretty sure I embarrassed her. When we got to the cars, Synthia and Katrina had to drive back to Philmont.
